At Light House you get a hive-mind approach. That’s why our office is always buzzing with ideas!

Every design project has a lead designer and a collaborating designer, plus input from members of the science team at each stage of the design process.

Every member of the team is aware of the projects happening across the office and regular, additional ‘co-lab’ sessions occur each week. The collective experience in our office is large and we all benefit from, and enjoy, sharing our knowledge and ideas.
