We are entering a new housing era where building an energy efficient home isn't just an ethical bonus. In a recent interview, Jenny lists the ingredients for a cost effective energy efficient home: intelligent design and a sound approach to insulation and air-leakage. “There’s a belief that it’s more expensive. In many ways, the opposite is true.” 

Achieving a sustainable home doesn't require new and often expensive technologies. Our approach is more about going back to basics: 1. designing carefully for the Canberra climate and your particular site and 2. using standard constructions methods but with greater attention to detail, particularly when it comes to the building envelope.
