We are delighted to announce that Light House was announced as the HIA ACT-Southern NSW Residential Building Designer of the Year for our cracker 8-star Gingerbrick House in Ainslie, superbly designed by Sarah Lebner who you can see here celebrating at the awards dinner at Parliament House on Saturday night.

Further proof that smaller, smarter, sustainable, superbly designed... and ‘scienced’... houses are going mainstream!

We also made finalist (shortlist of three) in the categories of Custom Built Home $500k-$700k, GreenSmart Sustainable Home and Bathroom Design.
